Construction Law
Quinn provides
counsel and service in all aspects of construction law, from drafting construction agreements and contracts to lien disputes,
bond claims, contract claims and construction litigation. He represents public and private sector clients including commercial
contractors, developers, public entities and individual homeowners.
Real Estate Litigation
Quinn represents clients in real estate-related dispute litigation in state
courts in Washington and Oregon and before administrative agencies. He has extensive trial experience and is an experienced
negotiator.
Business Litigation
Quinn provides counsel in business planning, organizational structure and
business contracts. His practice involves resolving commercial business disputes including business dissolutions, civil defense,
tort cases, warranty issues and breach of contract claims.
Professional Expertise
Prior to joining Duggan, Schlotfeldt & Welch, Quinn was a Clark County
Deputy Prosecuting Attorney. In his 4-1/2 years with the Clark County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office he served in both
the Civil Division and Criminal Division, gaining substantial experience in litigation and negotiation.

Quinn is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and Oregon State
Bar Association. He is a member of American Inns of Court.
Community Involvement
Quinn takes an active interest in community affairs. As a Clark County Deputy
Prosecuting Attorney he dealt with many important issues affecting local residents. He founded and serves as vice president
of Clark County Bar Association Young Lawyers. Quinn is a member of the Board of Directors for the Southwest Washington Contractors
Association.
