Mark Wheeler counsels individuals, corporate and institutional clients in business litigation, insurance defense, construction law, real estate litigation and personal injury.
 
Insurance Defense
Mark represents insurance companies and their clients in defense of personal injury and other claims. He has an active litigation practice in the trial and appellate courts and in private arbitration, and regularly advises corporate and institutional clients in need of insurance law representation.
 
Business Litigation
Mark has expertise in resolving commercial business disputes including contract disputes, business dissolutions, civil defense and tort cases. He also counsels clients regarding formation of contracts including contracts created between business entities.
 
Construction Law
Mark advises clients in all aspects of the construction process. He represents commercial contractors, developers, public entities and individual homeowners.
 

Real Estate Law Litigation

Mark represents clients in real estate-related dispute resolution in state trial courts and before administrative agencies.

Professional Expertise
Prior to joining Duggan, Schlotfeldt & Welch, Mark was an associate attorney for Evans, Craven & Lackie, P.S., in Spokane, Washington, with strong emphasis while there on research and writing, motion practice and appellate practice. He also gained substantial deposition and trial experience and developed expertise in arbitration and mediation.
