Mark currently represents insurance companies and their clients and municipal entities in defense of personal injury and other claims. He has an active litigation practice in the trial and appellate courts and in private arbitration, and regularly advises corporate and institutional clients in need of insurance law representation.
Business Law
Mark has expertise in resolving commercial business disputes including contract disputes, business dissolutions and civil defense. He also counsels clients regarding formation of contracts including contracts created between business entities.
Construction Law
Mark represents clients in all aspects of the construction process. He represents commercial contractors, developers, public entities and individual homeowners.
Real Estate Law Law
Mark represents clients in real estate-related dispute resolution in state trial courts and before administrative agencies.
