His practice involves resolving commercial business disputes including business dissolutions, civil defense, tort cases, warranty issues and breach of contract claims. He also represents clients in arbitration and mediation forums.

David provides clients with innovative, high-quality legal advice designed to bring his clients' broad range of real estate transactions to completion. Routinely assisting clients in the areas of acquisitions and sales, development, leasing, property management and construction. He represents clients in real estate-related dispute resolution in state courts in Washington and California and before administrative agencies.

David represents developers, contractors and homeowners in complex insurance coverage issues related to construction.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Del Buono was an attorney in the San Francisco Bay Area where his practice emphasized construction defect litigation and complex insurance coverage issues facing developers, contractors and homeowners.
