His practice involves resolving commercial business disputes including business dissolutions, civil defense, tort cases, warranty
issues and breach of contract claims. He also represents clients in arbitration and mediation forums.
Insurance Coverage
David represents developers, contractors and homeowners in complex insurance
coverage issues related to construction.
