Curtis represents commercial contractors, material and labor suppliers, developers, homeowners and public entities. He provides extensive expertise advising clients involved in construction litigation, bond claims, contract claims and lien claims.
 
Business Formation and Litigation
Curtis is experienced in business planning, organizational structure and the formation of business entities. Curtis represents clients in business-related dispute resolution. He also represents clients in arbitration and mediation forums.
 
Commercial Litigation
Curtis has substantial experience representing clients in contract disputes, business and corporate disputes, and tort cases. He performs both trial and appellate work in these areas.
 
Creditor’s Rights
Curtis is an experienced trial lawyer, successfully collecting sums owing to businesses and individual clients through litigation or post-judgment procedures.
