represents clients in real estate-related dispute resolution in state courts in Oregon and Washington and before administrative
agencies. He has extensive trial experience in all types of real estate issues. Albert is also an experienced negotiator,
arbitrator and mediator.
Business Formation and Litigation
Albert
is experienced in business planning, organizational structure and the formation of business entities. He also has substantial
expertise in resolving a wide variety of general business disputes, including business dissolution and breach of contract
